Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us
We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our customers.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked time will be eligible for a full refund in the form of user account credits, which can be used for future bookings.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds are currently not processed to bank accounts.
- Instead, eligible cancellations are credited to the customer's Flick and Fire user account as prepaid credits, which can be used for future turf bookings or services.
- In the event of cancellation by Flick and Fire due to weather, safety, or unavoidable reasons, full credits will be issued or the booking will be rescheduled as per customer preference.
No-Shows:
- No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for credits or refunds.
