Use of Facility:
- All customers must follow safety protocols, staff instructions, and arena guidelines.
- Bookings are to be made in advance and confirmed before access to the turf or amenities is granted.
- Proper sports attire and footwear must be worn at all times on the turf.
Booking & Payment:
- All bookings must be paid in advance either Cash/Online payment links.
- Booking confirmation is subject to payment receipt and slot availability.
- Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational, weather, or safety reasons. Alternative slots or refunds will be offered in such cases.
Code of Conduct:
- Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or disrespect towards staff or other customers will result in immediate removal and blacklisting.
- Customers are responsible for their belongings. Flick and Fire is not liable for any loss or theft.
Limitation of Liability:
- Flick and Fire shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during usage of the facility. Entry is at one’s own risk.
